Admissions

Selside is a Church of England Primary School with Voluntary Controlled status. Nursery children are catered for in an Early Years Class known as the Adventurers. We follow our Admissions Policy (link below) when allocating places. All children seeking admission are treated equally regardless of special needs or disability. We would always look to support vulnerable children or families in need.

Our admission number as set at 16 children per year group and we welcome children from outside our catchment areas if places are available.  Children can join our school at any point in the academic year if there is a place available in their year group class.

For further information please contact our school office on 015398 23649 or the Cumbria County Council schools admission department on 01228 221582 or follow the link below to the relevant County Council webpage.

Parents of prospective pupils are encouraged to contact the school for further information and to make an appointment to visit.  If you wish to apply for a place for your child at our school

We look forward to working with you in the future.
